Mass…? It smells much more of a circus here. It’s unquestionably a spectacle showing the art of human capabilities. We are talking about a performance by the Alfonse Circus, who returned to France with a new spectacle called Tabarnak. The goal that these acrobatic experts set themselves was to show something completely different. They are united by an innovative vision of the circus. This modern spectacle, combining technique, creativity, aesthetics and a lot of humor, takes the viewer both to paradise and to hell. The celebration of the acrobatic Mass, combined with musical ends here with a great celebration. Very exciting!
Alfonse’s circus comes from Quebec. It is composed of members of one family and their friends. During their shows, the artists emphasize the music that guides and inspires them.
Tabarnak was presented for the first time in 2017 in a small church in Saint-Alphonse-Rodrigue. So it’s time for this incredible spectrum of talents to be discovered by the French audience.
If you like a specific dose of adrenaline, we invite you to the Bobino Theatre in Paris, from 16 May to 9 June 2018, where you will have the opportunity to admire this unique live show.
