We used to say that sport is life. The regular physical activity brings our body and minds many benefits. That’s why today we will try to convince you to find time for sport in your weekly schedule. For the next month, you should try to exercise at least half an hour twice a week (although, the WHO recommends doing some exercises every day for 30 minutes minimum). We imagine that for many sports is quite a challenge. Because how to stay motivate and find time for the sport with work and daily busy life?
Make a schedule
This is where you should start. Decide not only what kind of sport you will do but also when you can and want to do it. It’s very important to enjoy the sport you decide to do.
Listen to your body
Everybody has better and worse day, so it’s very important to listen to your own body and its needs. If you are tired instead of hard exercising go for a walk.
Mind the benefits
Regular sports activities include some great health benefits. Sport affect the proper weight management, efficient functioning of the heart, controlled diabetes and lower cholesterol levels. The regular exercise that comes with playing sports can boost your confidence and improve your self-esteem. It’s also a way to relax from stressing situations and work.
It’s all about moving your body
If you are not ready for the gym start by changing your lifestyle, it’s so easy! Instead of taking an elevator use the stairs. Abandon the car and use the bike. Try to walk to work.
Together is always better
You don’t need to do your sport alone. Remember that it can be also a good occasion to meet your friends, talk, laugh and motivate each other. That’s why we decided to go to Swedish gymnastic together.
Are you ready for the challenge?
Yes, we know an evening on the couch can be pretty tempting, but there is nothing better than sweating and being proud of yourself after a hard day. That’s why we invite you to try, at least one month.
And don’t forget to drink water! There is no better way to regenerate your body after exercise than water. Remember to drink it before, during and after sport. If you have any health troubles you should consult a doctor before any physical activity.
